Nina Marie Brown, 96, of Seligman, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2007, in Red Rose Inn of Cassville.
She was born July 23, 1910, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Oscar and Ethel (Bolenbaugh) Klinger. On Jan. 13, 1950, she was united in marriage to Otis Brown, who preceded her in death on Oct. 31, 2001. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jimmy Dean Brown and a sister, Dorothy Cochran.
She is survived by a daughter, Jo LaFever, of Seligman.
She received her education in Enid, Okla. She was an Assistant Auditor and worked for Sears & Roebuck 27 years. After her retirement in 1969 she moved to Seligman to make her home. She attended Skyline Lighthouse Full Gospel Church in Garfield, Ark.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Seligman Cemetery, Selig-man, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
