The Southwest Middle School volleyball team will host "Family Night" on Tuesday, April 3.
The Lady Trojans face Exeter, and parents will be honored with a carnation between the seventh and eighth grade matches. The game also marks the final time the eighth graders will play middle school volleyball.
"Parents make great sacrifices to allow our girls to participate in extracurriculars," said Coach Steve Voyak. "This is a small token of appreciation."
In last week's action, Southwest lost its only match to Hurley and its overall record dropped to 2-9-1. Tiffany Shockley led the Lady Trojans with four assists, while Kirstie Ickes added four service aces.
Southwest returns to the court this week with two matches against Verona.
