Joel Lee Morrison, 49, of Monett, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2007, in Monett, after a sudden illness.
He was born Nov. 26, 1957, in Monett, the son of the late George and Imogene (Kluber) Morrison.
He was a truck driver for Efco in Monett. He married Carlene Brandt on Nov. 12, 1982, in Miami, Okla., and she survives.
Additional survivors include: one son, Bucky Morrison, of the home; two daughters, Christine Dennis, of Anderson, and Jennifer Moennig, of Monett; two brothers, Bill Morrison, of Monett, and Brad Morrison, of St. Louis; one sister, Carol Ann Morrison, of Colorado; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Bruce Morrison.
Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett with Rev. Ronnie Howerton officiating. Burial was at Monett IOOF Cemetery, Monett.
