Ancil Mammie Stockton went home to be with the Lord on March 19, 2007, at the old home place in Cato, Missouri.

Ancil was born June 24, 1922 at Cato, Missouri, to James and Pearl (Berry) Fields. On December 23, 1941, she was united in marriage to Calvin (Cab) Stockton. After 46 years of marriage, Cab went home to be with the Lord on November 3, 1987. To this wonderful union were born two daughters, who survive, Silva and her husband, J.T. Blankenship, of Cassville, Missouri, and Ruthie and her husband, Ralph McKnight, of Verona, Missouri.

She is also survived by five grandchildren, Marsha and her husband, Jeff Scott, of Exeter, Missouri, Donna and her husband, Darin Stone, of Aurora, Missouri, Shelly Paul, of Bentonville, Arkansas, Robert and his wife, Debbie McKnight of Rogers, Arkansas and Jason and his wife, Robyn Blankenship, of Eagle Rock, Missouri; fifteen great-grandchildren, Derica and her husband, Parker Anderson, Dayla and Dustin Stone, Alisha, Ashton and Abby Scott, David Anthony Paul, Mariah, Jamie and Jon Blankenship, Dylan and Desiree Castro, Zack and Shannon McKnight and one sister, Darlene Keeland, of Green Forest, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Susie Ford and Ida Payne; three brothers, Jessie, Avery and Willis Fields and two great granddaughters, Shelby and Brett Paul.

A host of nieces, nephews and friends will mourn her passing.

Ancil was a wonderful wife, devoted mother, loving grand and great grandmother and a friend to who ever came her way.

Ancil was saved in 1944 at Old Hailey School House where they had Church, and was baptized in Rock House Creek by the old sycamore tree on Hailey Place. She loved her Lord and stayed faithful till the end.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2007, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Missouri. Burial will be in Clio Cemetery, Jenkins, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
