T. Juanita Manning, 91, passed away Monday, Feb.12, 2007, in Barry County Care Center, Cassville.

She was born in Greenfield, Nov. 5, 1915, the daughter of Albert O. and Louise Pearl (Jones) Copeland. She was united in marriage to James Elwood "Woody" Manning, who preceded her in death November 1952. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Carson Douglas Klepper, two brothers, Gilbert Copeland and Gene Copeland and two sisters, Wilma Landis and Jewell Johnessee.

survivors include: her daughter, Pam Klepper and her husband, Charles, of Cassville; and one grandson.

She grew up in Greenfield before moving to the Joplin, Missouri area. She was a graduate of Joplin High School. She worked as a bookkeeper for Fenix and Sisson Mines for several years. She served 10 years as a volunteer for American Rehabilitation Ministry. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Joplin. She moved to Cassville Christmas 2004 to be with her daughter.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, in Forest Park Cemetery, Joplin, under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home. Rev. John Duncan will conduct the services. No visitation is planned.
