Annita Raye Armstrong, 50, of Eagle Rock, passed away Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield.
She was born Oct. 8, 1956, in Sterling, Colo., the daughter of James and Nancy (Albrandt) Long. In 2001, she was united in marriage to Ed Armstrong, who survives.
Additional survivors include: one daughter, Paula Foster, of Eagle Rock; one brother, James Alexander, of Butterfield; two sisters, Michele Reyes, of Golden, and Teri Woodward, of Bakersfield, Calif.; and two grandchildren,
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
She received her education in Colorado, where she lived much of her life. In 1972, she moved to Missouri, residing in Butterfield and five years ago moved to Eagle Rock to make her home. She was a homemaker and had worked for Jumping Jack's at Monett.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, in Viney Creek Cemetery, Golden, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Woody Fletcher will conduct the services.
Visitation will be from 8 until 10 a.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
