E. Imogene Wiseley, 91, of Monett, passed away Monday, Feb. 5, 2007, at Lacoba Nursing Home in Monett. She was born Oct. 28, 1915, in Purdy the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Susan Samantha (Lane) McKee.

She moved to Monett in 1942 from Purdy. She was a retired clerk from Bruner Pharmacy in Monett. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Monett. She was united in marriage to Edward Ray Wiseley on Dec. 19, 1934, in Wheaton, and he preceded her in death in 1956.

Survivors include: two daughters, Patricia Smith, of Monett, and Beverly Hilton, of Springfield; one son, Ronald E. Wiseley, of Lee's Summit; eight grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Merle Linebarger and Pearl Wallace, and three brothers, Carmen McKee, Monty McKee and Clyde McKee.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Kevin Hilton officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Butterfield, under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home, Monett.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital in care of the Funeral Home.
