DWAYNE C. PRESLEY

Dwayne C. Presley, 66, of Wagoner, Okla., passed away Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, in Wagoner, Okla. A memorial service will be held Saturday at the New Beginnings Outreach Church in Wagoner with Rev. Terry Presley and Brenda Presley officiating.

He was born in Wagoner, Okla., to Claude and Pauline (Rice) Presley on May 28, 1940. He was a 1958 graduate of Clinton High School. He married Brenda (Rothrock) Presley on June 4, 1988. He worked as a self-employed carpenter. He was an Assembly of God ordained minister.

He was preceded in death by his parents,; Claude and Pauline Presley and one brother, Dickie Presley, and the mother of his children, Anita June Presley.

Survivors include: his wife, Brenda, of the home; two sons, Scot Presley, Dallas, Texas, and Douglas Presley; one daughter, Lisa Potts and her husband, Kimball, of Morris, Okla.; one brother, Terry Presley and his wife, Debbie, of Wagoner, Okla.; one sister, Jane Smith and her husband, Gene, of McCloud, Okla.; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

The body has been cremated under the direction of Shipman Funeral Home and Crematory, Wagoner, Okla.
