Michael "David" Fields, 39, of Seligman, passed away Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, in his home.

He was born Jan. 5, 1968, in Monett, the son of Arlis and Karen (Houk) Fields. On Nov. 10, 1995, in Springfield, he was united in marriage to Mary Ann Ward, who survives.

Additional survivors include: two daughters, Alexandra and Hannah, of the home; a stepson, Dale Moose and stepdaughter, Jordan Moose, both of Miller; his mother, Karen Elaine Morris, of Baytown, Texas; a grandmother, Rosalie Hayes, of Liberty, Texas; three sisters, Melissa Fields, of Baytown, Texas, Melanie Williams, of Baytown, Texas, and Marinda Morgan, of Dayton, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, a sister, Marsha Fields, and his grandparents.

He received his education in Washburn. He lived for a time in Exeter, Cassville, Washburn and had moved to Seligman three years ago. He had worked for George's Hatchery for five years.

Funeral services will be held Friday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Doyle Russell will conduct the services. Burial will be at Fields Cemetery, Shell Knob.
