ROETTA JANE BOWER THOMPSON

Roetta Jane Bower Thompson, 74, of Oregon City, Ore., passed away quietly at her home in Oregon City where she had lived for many years. She was born Oct. 8, 1932, the daughter of Austin J. and Robbie Elizabeth Towe Bower, in Stella. She graduated from Cassville High School, class of 1950.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orsen K. Thompson, a son-in-law, John Eaqunita and one grandson.

Survivors include: three children, Korla Jane Eaqunita, of San Diego, Calif., Thomas Lee and his wife, Georgia, of Vancouver, Wash., and Brandi Elizabeth, of Salem, Ore.; a sister, Johnnie Louise Ketaily, of West Hills, Calif; a brother, Jim Bower and his wife, Mona, of Cassville; and three grandchildren.

Services were held today (Wednesday) at the Holman-Hankins Funeral Home in Oregon City, Ore., with Pastor Roholt officiating.
