Dayne N. Lee, 80, of Cassville, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, at his home.
He was born on Nov. 9, 1925, in Seligman, the son of Oren and Ester Smith Lee. He was a deacon at the Corinth Baptist Church in Cassville, and he was a self employed carpenter.
He married Betty Tucker on July 4, 1946, in Columbus, Kan. She survives.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Ernest "Ed" Lee, and his wife, Leona, of Aurora, and Ronald "Ron" Lee, and his wife, Carol, of Monett; one daughter, Judy Harris, and her husband, Ron, of Cassville; one daughter-in-law, Rhoda Lee, of Seligman; three brothers, George Lee, of Claremore, Okla., Derral Lee, of Brighton, and Donald Lee, of Davenport, Iowa; and one sister, Bonnie Tibbits, of Chico, Calif.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Jim Lee and one brother Emil Lee.
Memorial services were Saturday at the Corinth Baptist Church in Cassville with Rev. Bob Neeley and Rev. James Stewart officiating.
Interment was at Maplewood Cemetery, in Exeter.
Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home in Cassville.
