She was born July 6, 1953, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Bill and Faye (Clower) Stewart. They preceded her in death.
She was a graduate of Cassville High School in 1972. She was a homemaker and had lived in various places before moving to Springfield eight years ago.
She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Gary Richter, of Springfield; three daughters, Deann Carr, of Ash Grove, Joanna and James Luney, of Springfield, India and Keith Butler, of Cassville; six grandchildren; and three sisters, Tanya Lanners, of Texas, DeAnn Witzke and Tracey Presley, both of Kansas.
Memorial graveside services were held Oct. 1 at the Berryhill Cemetery, Washburn with Glenn Erwin officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson-Brim, Daniel Funeral Home of Ash Grove.
