John Wendell Salyer, 87, of Cassville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, in South Austin Hospital, Austin, Texas.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11 a. m. Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Chris McCurley will conduct the services.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.

Contributions may be made to American Heart Association of the Diabetes Association in memory of John.
