Anna L. Allison, 49, of Powell, passed away Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006, in Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.

She was born July 8, 1957, in Angleton, Texas, the daughter of Howard Cecil Atkins Sr. and Carole Ann (Holt) Atkins.

She married Rodney D. Allison on Jan. 18, 1978, in Angleton, Texas.

She worked as a registered nurse for St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers, Ark.

Survivors include: her husband, Rodney; two sons, William Allison and his wife, Amber, of Powell, and Jacob Allison, of the home; her parents, Howard and Carole Atkins; one brother, Howard Atkins, Jr. and his wife, Benita, of Angleton, Texas; two sisters, Dina Dubose and her husband, Phil, of Sweeny, Texas, and Leah Johnson, of Houston, Texas, one brother-in-law John Allison and his wife Dianne, of Powell, and sister-in-law, Teresa Allison, of Stella.

Graveside services were held today (Wednesday) at Fox Cemetery, Powell, with Rev. Billy Joe Gentry officiating.

Arrangements were under direction of Wheaton Funeral Home, Wheaton.
