DIANN "RENEE" (POWELL) WAMMACK

Diann "Renee" (Powell) Wammack, 39, of Monett, passed away Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006, at her home in Monett from a sudden illness. She was born June 8, 1967 in Kansas City. She was a homemaker, wife and mother. She was a volunteer of Haven of the Ozarks Animal Sanctuary.

Survivors include: her husband, Ed Wammack, of Monett; one son, Chandler Wammack, of Monett; one daughter, Allison Wammack, of Monett; her parents, Roger and Diann Boulware-Powell, of Springfield; three sisters, Alisa Bigos, of Ashland; Amber Jones, of Roseburg, Ore.; and Merri Powell, of Washington, DC.

Funeral services will be held at the Bennett Wormington Funeral Home in Monett at 10 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Alf Halvorson officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery of Springfield at 2 p.m..

Memorials may be made to Haven of the Ozarks Animal Sanctuary in care of the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Bennett Wormington Funeral Home.
