I have never written a letter to the editor before, and it seems as people it is our nature to speak out when we feel something is wrong. I'd like to speak for something right.
I recently bought a used car for my daughter from Les Jacobs Ford. There were a couple of problems with the car. Joe Munoz, our salesman, made sure that these were taken care of promptly and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with the car. If they do that for a used car, what might they do for a new one?
I have purchased several cars through the years from different dealerships, and I think that Joe Munoz is an excellent representative of the Ford Motor Company and for Les Jacobs.
