BOBBY GENE BUCHANAN

Bobby Gene Buchanan, 68, of Yankton, S.D., formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died of cancer Sunday, July 23, 2006, in his home.

Services were held July 26 at Calvary Baptist Church, Yankton. His body was cremated.

Survivors include: his wife, Peggy; a son, Randy, of Amana, Iowa; one daughter, Debra Vogel, of Palo, Iowa; and a sister, Barbara Sievers, of Aurora, a daughter-in-law, Mary Buchanan; a son-in-law, Randy Vogel; and brother-in-law, Curtis Sievers; three granddaughters; a great-granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.

He was born Aug. 1, 1937, in Purdy.
