Aubry McNabb, 90, of Washburn, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2006, in Cox Monett Hospital, Monett.

He was born July 16, 1915, on Flat Creek, the son of Norman and Amy (Robberson) McNabb. On Aug. 18, 1940, he was united in marriage to Marie Weathers who preceded him in death on July 4, 2002. He was also preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Paul McNabb and a sister, Marie McNabb.

Survivors include: a son, Max McNabb and his wife, Sue ,of Washburn; two daughters, Linda Dye and her husband, John, of Seligman, and Marilyn Baker and her husband, Gary, of Rogers, Ark.; eight grand-children; and 14 great-grandchildren,

He attended school at the School House and was a lifelong resident of the Seligman and Washburn area. He was owner and operator of the McNabb Tie and Lumber Company for many years. He also farmed, raising beans and tomatoes. He attended the First Baptist Church in Seligman.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Bob Scott will conduct the service. Burial will be at Antioch Cemetery, Cassville.

Friends may call after 12 noon Friday. the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Fohn Funeral Home.
