Class of 1941 enjoyed 65th reunion activities
We subscribe to the Cassville Democrat and enjoy reading the articles about Cassville and school activities. On May 26, the Cassville High School class of 1941 held their reunion celebrating the 65th year since graduation. It was held at the Fisherman's Den. Seventeen classmates and 13 guests attended. On May 27, many of the group attended the alumni dinner, and Jim Bower had three tables reserved for the class. We thank him for recognizing the class of 1941.
Upon reading the Cassville Democrat article about the alumni attendance, we noted that several names of our group were not listed. We did sign in and wish to be added to the list of those attending.
The names not included were: Warren and Rachel Farwell, Donald and Barbara June Stumpff, Lawrence and Evelyn Miller, Joy Petty, Vern and Lois Petty and Tommy and Hazel Shore. If I have overlooked others with our group I am extremely sorry.
The weekend was a memorable one. There is something about school friends that remain forever in your memories.
