Patrick Dwayne Moller, 21, of Wentworth, died Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, as a result of a motorcycle accident.
He was born June 12, 1984, in Monett, the son of Dwayne and Shannon Kelley Moller who survive. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Reardon on Feb. 15, 2003, in Wentworth. She survives.
Additional survivors include: two daughters, Chloe and Brayla Moller, of the home; two brothers, Derrick and Corey Moller, of Purdy; three sisters, Taylor, Kaitlyn and Rylee Moller, of Purdy; maternal grandparents, Pam Kelley, of Monett and Danny Kelley, of Pierce City; maternal great-grandparents, Ralph and Rethal William, of McDowell; and paternal grandparents, Deletha and Fred Moller, of Purdy.
He was a member of Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church of Purdy. He graduated from Purdy High School. He was a machinist at Arning Industries of Cassville.
Funeral services were held Friday at Buchanan Chapel, Monett, with Rev. Lee Neill officiating. Interment was at Purdy Cemetery, Purdy. Services were under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
Memorials may be given to the Moller Children Fund.
