J.R. WOOLAWAY

J.R. Woolaway, 57, Cassville, died Saturday, May 13, 2006, at his home, following a sudden illness. He was born July 9, 1948, in Cassville and was a lifelong area resident. He owned and operated a private transport service and prior to that worked for the Missouri Conservation Department as an agent and pilot for forest fires and also had worked as a police officer for the city of Cassville. He was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.

He married Racine Isringhausen on Nov. 8, 1974, in Granite City, Ill., and she survives.

Additional survivors include: three children, Tabitha Albrecht and husband, Brian, of Nixa, Donnie Woolaway and Sjana Woolaway; one sister, Dayle Bauer, Shell Knob, and two granddaughters.

Services were Wednesday at at the Corinth Baptist Church, Pastor James Stewart officiated. Burial followed at the Corinth Cemetery and serving as pallbearers were Doug Thien, Dwight Isringhausen, Dwell Isringhausen, Dwynn Isringhausen, Ocsi Steiner and Bill Boles.
