Arthur R. Norman, Jr., 78, of Cassville, passed away Friday, April 14, 2006, in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield
He was born Nov. 20, 1927, in Washburn, the son of A. R. and Leona (Boles) Norman. On April 9, 1955, he was united in marriage to Mary Scott, who survives.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Randall Norman, of Washburn, and Richard Norman, of Joplin; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Bob.
He received his education in Washburn. After graduation from high school he entered the United States Navy and served his country for four years. He was owner and operator of his furniture store for 25 years. He was a member of the Mill Street Church of Christ.
Funeral services were held Sunday in the Mill Street Church of Christ, Cassville. Chris McCurley conducted the services. Burial was at Corinth Cemetery, Cassville.
