Lloyd Don Wooden, 78, of Monett, died March 30, 2006, at Cox Monett Hospital.

He was born on Aug. 13, 1927. He married Janell Wooden on June 1, 1959, and she survives.

Addtional survivors include: two sons, Sidney Wooden, of Monett, and Don Wooden Jr., of the state of Virginia; two daughters, Levonda Pryor and Donna Connolly, both of Monett; one sister, Teresia Daughtery; and five grand-children.

Funeral services were held Sunday at the Bennett- Wormington Funeral Home in Monett with Rev. Jimmie Copley officiating.
