Gloria Lee Dageforde, 75, of Exeter, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2006, at her home.

She was born Aug. 6, 1930, in Aurora Township, Cloud County, Kan., the daughter of Levi Harold and Anna Christina (Tubach) Vignery. In Concordia, Kan. on Jan., 4, 1953, she was united in marriage to LeRoy Walter Dageforde. She was preceded in death by her husband, of over 53 years, who died Dec. 19, 2005, and her parents.

Survivors include: two daughters, Nancy Larsen and her husband, Dane, of Eagle River, Alaska, and Janet Stephens and her husband, Jerry, of Garfield, Ark.; two brothers, Howard Vignery and his wife, Barbara, of Jackson, Miss., and Harold Vignery and his wife, Susan, of Salina, Kan.; one sister, Dorothy Robbins of Topeka, Kan.; and one grandson,

She graduated from high school in Concordia, Kan., and continued her education to become a registered nurse. She worked as a registered nurse for many years in various hospitals. In 1990 she and LeRoy moved to Exeter to make their home. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Cassville.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Cassville. Rev. Brian Chisamore will conduct the services.

Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Per her wishes, the body has been cremated under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
