Robert Dotson, 63, of Cassville, passed away Monday, Feb. 27, 2006, in the University Hospital, Columbia.

He was born May 14, 1942, in Butterfield, the son of Oscar L. and Mabel (Bickford) Dotson, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jim and Ralph Dotson and a sister, Wilma Price.

Survivors include: one brother, Kirby Ken Dotson, of Cassville; six sisters, Nina Melton, of Springfield, Eula Mae Mills, of Cassville, Lela Foster, of Oak Grove, Glena Cron, of Raytown, Jean Cogan, of Mesa, Ariz., and Hazel Levi, of Omaha, Neb.

He received his education in Oak Grove and Cassville. He was a man of many trades and managed Big M Boat Dock for over 20 years. He was a talented musician. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Graveside services were Friday in Clio Cemetery, Jenkins, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Doyle Russell conducted the services.
