CHARLES JUNIOR AMANT

Charles Junior Amant, 47, of Aurora, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006, at Cox Medical Center South, in Springfield.

He was born Jan. 28, 1959, in Taft, Calif., to Charles M. and Muriel ray Amant. He married Debbie Eggert in 1977, and she survives.

Additional survivors include: his parents, of Crane; one daughter, Lydia Winckler, of Aurora; one son, Charles Brandon Amant, of Springfield; three sisters, Ann Amant, of Crane, Rose Amant, of Springfield, and Juny Buckner, of Aurora; one brother, John Amant, of Crane; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Saturday at Monett IOOF Cemetery, with Rev. Aaron Weibel officiating. Arrange-ments were under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home, Monett.
