Clarence C. Cochrane, 60, of Seligman, passed away Sunday, Jan. 22, 2006, in St. John's Hospital, Aurora.
He was born June 30, 1945, in Memphis, Tenn., the son of David and Margaret (Pippin) Cochrane, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include: one son, Gene Bryant Cochrane and his wife, Jennifer, of Bakersfield, Calif.; a brother, David Cochrane and his wife, Theresa, of Aurora; a sister, Beth Schoeffler, of Augusta, Ga.; and two grandchildren.
He received most of his education in Aurora. His senior year he moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, and graduated from high school there. From 1965 until 1969 he served his country in the United States Air Force then joined the Marines in 1970 and served until 1979. After his military service he worked as a prison guard for a while then became a truck driver and drove for 20 years.
Memorial services were held today (Wednesday) in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
