DALE PERKINS

Dale Perkins, 51, of Jenkins, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, in N.W. Medical Center, Bentonville, Ark.

He was born to Leroy and Catherine Wallis Perkins on Jan. 11, 1954, in Los Angeles, Calif. He was a construction worker.

Survivors include: his father; one son, Wesley Perkins, of California; two daughters, Danielle Perkins, of California and Hanna Perkins, of Arkansas; five brothers, Leroy Perkins, of California, Michael Voight, of Florida, Jeff Voigt, of Washington, Rick Voigt, of Washington, and Ron Roberts, of California; one sister, Cathy Sanchez, of Republic; and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Peterson Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time.
