JOYCE D. "BUTTERCUP" BURNETT

Joyce D. "Buttercup" Burnett, 66, of Exeter, passed away Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005, in St. John's Regional Medical Center.

She was born March 24, 1939, in Lakin, Kan., daughter of the late Charles Stebens and Iva (Lauber) Stebens.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: her husband, Carl Loyd Burnett; one son, Carl Loyd "Cal" Jr. Burnett, of Stella; three daughters, Iva Lee Humphrey, of Fairland, Okla., Therese Sharp, of Rocky Comfort, LaDon Burnett, of Exeter; two brothers, Douglas Stebens, of Lakin, Kan., Mickey Stebens, of Lakin, Kan.; seven granddaughters; and two step-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Dec. 15, at Rocky comfort Cemetery with Rev. Steve Higgs officiating.
