Azalee (Wooten) Levy, 71, of Warrenton, formerly Exeter, died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, in St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake St. Louis.
She was born April 15, 1934, at Exeter, the daughter of the late Rev. James and Jewell (Lauderdale) Wooten. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Montgomery City. She was a retired beautician.
Survivors include: four brothers, Dale Wooten, of Hillsboro, Don Wooten and his wife, Jean, of Glen Allen, Glen Wooten and his wife, Sherrie, of Carthage, Kenny Wooten and his wife, Sue, of Ironton; five sisters, Ann Henson and her husband, Don, of Shell Knob, Helen Quade and her husband, Art, Pat Thomas and her husband, Dale, Janice Bagby and her husband, Jack, all of Carthage, and Irene Day and her husband, DeWayne, of Exeter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James Lee Wooten and Carroll Wooten.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, at Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Kerry Sampson will conduct the services. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home.
