JUANITO CRUZ RAYMUNDO-AGUSTIN

Juanito Cruz Raymundo-Agustin, 3, of Monett, passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield.

He was born on June 5, 2002, in Springfield, to Florencio and Donna Gass Raymundo-Agustin.

Survivors include: his parents; one sister, Selibia, of Monett; his maternal grandparents, Bobby Lee and Debra Jo Gass, of Monett; and his paternal grandparents, Juan Raymundo and Juana Agustin-Mendoza, of Guatemala.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Nerisa Raymundo-Agustin.

Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Chapel, Monett, followed by interment at Monett IOOF Cemetery.
