WILMA JEAN GREENE

Wilma Jean Greene, 82, of Aurora, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield.

She was born Feb. 21, 1923, in Sapulpa, Okla., to John and Leta (Medlin) Greene.

She lived in Aurora for the past 50 plus years. She was a court reporter, a member of the First Baptist Church of Aurora and was also in the Ladies Auxiliary at church.

There were no immediate survivors. Her parents, one brother, Darrell Greene; and one sister, Willa Dean Powell preceded her in death.

Graveside services, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home were held Tuesday in the Maple Park Cemetery, with Rev. Roger Brumley officiating.
