Alice Lorene Page, 99, a longtime resident of Peachwood Manor, Cassville, passed away Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, in Red Rose Inn of Cassville.

She was born Dec. 20, 1905, in Evansville, Ind., the daughter of John and Sophia (Feurbach) Schaad. On Nov. 20, 1925, in Evansville, she was united in marriage to Walter Raymond Page, who preceded her in death on Jan. 7, 1961. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Gary and two sisters, Hazel Louise Dingman and Mildred Caroline Walmaley.

Survivors include: a daughter, Dotti Smith and her husband, Will, of South Lake Tahoe, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

She lived a number of years in Carpinteria, Calif. In November 1988, she moved to Cassville to make her home. She was a homemaker and worked for the Lomon Packing House where she graded fruit for 16 years. She enjoyed quilting and made many quilts over the years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Carpinteria, Calif.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p m. Thursday, in Oak Hill Cemetery, Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
