Jack R. Smith, 83, of Eagle Rock, died Oct. 27, 2005, at Skaggs Community Hospital, Branson.

He was born March 22, 1922, in Monett to William Harrison and Serina Elizabeth Hicks Smith.

He was an aviation electronic technician.

There are no immediate survivors.

His body has been cremated, with service arrangements to be announced later.

Arrangements were under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
