Julia Christine Easley, 79, of Eagle Rock, passed away Friday, Oct. 7, 2005, in her home.

She was born Sept. 4, 1926, in Beaver, Ark., the daughter of Harvey and Myrtle (Beaver) Skelton. In May 1944, she was united in marriage to Joe Warner Easley, who preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Clifton and two sisters, Eleanor Camp and Luella Evans.

Survivors include: two sons, Dennis Warner Easley, of Berryville, Ark., and Donnie Rex Easley and his wife, Jean Ann, of Berryville, Ark.; two daughters, Connie Iles and her husband, Pete, of Lowell, Ark., and Carol Lunsford and her husband, Cisco, of Eagle Rock; one sister, Pauline Cadwell of Hot Springs, Ark.; five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.

She received her education in Arkansas. After her marriage to Joe, they moved to the family farm located on the Arkansas and Missouri state line.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, in Roach Cemetery, Eagle Rock, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Dr. David Killings-worth conducted the services.
