Betty Ann Fullerton, 81, of Shell Knob, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2005 in her home.

She was born March 26, 1924, in Aurora, Neb., the daughter of Ralph H. and Bessie (Guard) Woods. On Sept. 22, 1944, in Denver, Colo., she was united in marriage to Eugene "Rebel" Fullerton, who preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include: two daughters, Claudia Ann Fullerton, of Martinez, Calif., and Kathleen Jane Fullerton, of Shell Knob; a sister, Marilyn Skarin and her husband, Chuck, of Blue Hill, Neb.; a brother-in-law, Jack Fullerton and his wife, Margie, of Kansas City; a sister-in-law, Edna Mae Fullerton, of Illinois; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren,

She graduated from High School in Hastings, Neb. She was a bookkeeper her entire working career. In 1976 she moved to Shell Knob to make her home.

a graveside memorial will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, at Springfield National Cemetery, Springfield. Cremation was under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob.
